Try doing other activities such as reading, making sudoku, or taking a walk to get rid of your focus on nausea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ufeffExplain to your partner if you feel nauseous about some products at home. Don&#8217;t keep quiet, otherwise, this problem won&#8217;t end!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ufeffLie down.
